I am a research ecologist with the Eastern Forest Environmental Threat Assessment Center (EFETAC), part of the Southern Research Station of the United States Forest Service.
From 2007 to 2022, I was a research professor in the Department of Forestry and Environmental Resources, in the College of Natural Resources at North Carolina State University, where I was a part of the Forest Health Monitoring Research Group.
I have strong research associations with the Forest Health Monitoring and Forest Inventory and Analysis programs of the U.S. Forest Service, as well as with the Resources Planning Act (RPA) Assessment team. I also collaborate often with the Camcore international tree conservation and domestication program at NC State and with faculty in the Department of Forestry and Natural Resources at Purdue University, where I am an adjunct faculty member.
If you are interested in learning more about my work, feel free to take a look at my United States Forest Service Research & Development profile page. I also have a ResearchGate profile, a Google Scholar profile, and an ORCID profile.
